Restore a Pro purchase
Open Settings in GroomRecall and choose Restore Purchase. Apple checks eligible current entitlements for the Apple Account in use.

GroomRecall support
GroomRecall is currently in App Store release preparation. A monitored public support address has not yet been supplied by the publisher.
Export or restore a backup
Pro users can export a local JSON backup from Settings. Restoring replaces the pets and visits currently on that iPhone; interface language and Pro entitlement remain unchanged.
Delete local data
Use Delete All Data in Settings to remove local pets, visits, notes, and stored photos. Previously exported or shared copies must be deleted at their destination.
Camera or photo access
Photo features are optional. Camera and photo-library permissions can be changed in iOS Settings without blocking recordkeeping features.
How can I contact support?
A monitored support email is a remaining launch requirement and will be published here before App Store submission. Until then, this page documents product behavior but is not a contact channel.
When support becomes available, include the app version, iOS version, the screen involved, and reproducible steps. Do not send client records, private notes, or pet photos unless specifically necessary and safely redacted.
